部材が自然に針保護キヤツプから脱落できるよう
に構成した点にある。

後針保護キヤツプ14を取除くと、空気が押出さ
れ、それから針を患者の体に刺す。プランジヤ4
を更に押せば、液5は針13を通つて患者の体内
に入る。
