Abstract

PURPOSE:To print a rule as a continuous straight line, by providing a printing head for exclusive use for printing vertical rules which prints a vertical rule according to a movement in the line direction on a printing paper. CONSTITUTION:Rule printing heads 1a, 1b can be individually moved in line directions. However, after a printing position is determined, each of the heads 1a, 1b is fixed at the same position and is not moved in the column direction at the time of printing a rule.
