Claims (1)
- 不活性ガスと該ガスの吸着剤を封入してなる感
温筒をキヤピラリー管で膨張弁の圧力応動部材に
対する圧力室に接続し、該圧力室に該不活性ガス
とガスの吸着剤を封入し、該圧力室に対する加熱
度可変ヒーターを設けて成ることを特徴とする温
度式膨張弁。
