Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the injected resin from adhering to unnecessary part by a method wherein a flange is provided at the specified position of a bearing to be imbedded in the interior of an injection molded item. CONSTITUTION:A deformable flange part 10 is provided on a bearing 4 so as to make a distance 4-1 between the exposed surface 11 of the flange part 10 and the upper end surface 12 of the bearing 4 longer than the thickness 13 of a space 3. When the mold clamping is done under the state just mentioned above, the flange part 10 deforms and retreats by being pushed up by a bottom force 2, resulting in completely blocking a clearance 6. Accordingly, the outer diameter of the flange part 10 is made larger enough than the inner diameter of a recessed part 5 so as to block the clearance 6. Thus, no resin enters the clearance 6, resulting in facilitating mass production.

(Prior Art) Actuators are known that have a main body portion molded from resin and a bearing that has one end buried in the main body portion and a bearing that protrudes from the other end. To mold such an actuator, the hollow bearing 4 is inserted into the recess 5 of the lower mold 2 having the guide 8 as shown in FIG. While fixing the bearing 4 between
Resin is injected into the cavity 3 for forming the main body part.

In this case, in order to prevent resin from entering between the end face of the bearing 4 and the upper and lower molds, the bearing 4 is
The total length of is made to match the distance between the upper wall surface 7 of the upper mold 1 and the bottom surface 9 of the recess 5.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, during the mass production of actuators as described above, resin enters the gap 6 between the recess 5 of the lower mold 2 and the bearing 4 and adheres to the surface of the bearing 4. do. It also adheres to the inner surface of the recess 5, making it impossible to insert the bearing from now on. Furthermore, if the dimensions of the bearing 4 were even slightly longer, there was a drawback that the bearing 4 would buckle and become deformed when the mold was clamped.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve these problems, the present invention provides a flange portion on the bearing in advance to close the above-mentioned gap.

(Function) Since the gap is closed in this way, the resin will not get into the gap. Therefore, the dimensions of the bearing can be shortened, and buckling as described above can be prevented.

(Example) FIG. 1 shows an example of the present invention. In the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 2 are given the same reference numerals and their explanations are omitted, but the parts that are different from FIG. 11 and the upper end surface 12 of the bearing 4 4-1 is made longer than the thickness 13 of the space 3. When the mold is clamped in this way, the flange 10 is pushed up by the lower mold 2 and deformed and retreated,
Completely close the gap 6 above. Therefore, the outer diameter of the flange 10 is made sufficiently larger than the inner diameter of the recess 5 in order to close the gap 6. In this way, the resin will not enter the gap 6, making mass production easy. Also, the protrusion 4-2 of the bearing 4
Since the length can be made shorter than the depth of the recess 5, the bearing will not buckle during mold clamping. In addition, the actuator for optical pickup requires particularly high precision, and in such cases BMO resin (unsaturated polyester resin) is used.
Although KAJ is used, the present invention is effective because BMC resin is very easy to get into the gap.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, excess resin does not adhere to the bearing surface of the actuator in which the bearing is integrally molded into the main body made of resin, and excess resin does not adhere to the mold. This is a cross-sectional view showing a retractable screw filtration device, which is easy to mass-produce because it does not have a large diameter.
