A pumping tube made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin is bent into a U-shape and housed in a sealed cylindrical pump case along its inner peripheral surface, and the pumping tube is housed in the pump case. In so-called squeeze-type fluid pumps that provide a pumping action by rotating the rotor in one direction, a sufficient fluid suction effect may not be obtained only by the restoring force due to the elasticity of the pumping tube itself. This tendency becomes more pronounced in cases such as fresh concrete that does not have good fluidity. Therefore, conventionally, the inside of the pump case is maintained at negative pressure.
Technological means are known that use the negative pressure to assist the restoration of the pumping tube and enhance the suction effect of fluid into the tube, making it possible to suck and pump even fluids with poor fluidity. In such a case, the inside of the pump case must be airtight, and for this purpose, the gap between the opening of the pump case and the outer periphery of the pumping tube extending outside from there is hermetically sealed using a sealing device. However, the conventional sealing device is
As shown in FIG.
is connected to the opening 02 of the pump case 01, and the seal part 017 at the other end is connected to the pumping tube 05.
The sealing member 015 was formed to be thin as a whole in order to have good adhesion to the pumping tube 05, that is, good airtightness. However, when the pump is operated, as the rotor rotates in one direction, a rolling roller supported thereon presses and rolls on the pumping tube 05, thereby pulling the tube 05 in the rotational direction of the rotor. When the rolling roller leaves the pumping tube, the tube returns to its original state, and as a result, the pumping tube constantly repeats back and forth movement, so that the sealing member 015 has its intermediate portion as shown in FIG. 5B. Due to the bending, the contact area of the seal part 017 with the pumping tube 05 decreases, and furthermore, due to the negative pressure inside the pump case 01, the seal part 017 of the seal member 015 is pulled toward the pump case 01 side as shown in FIG. This has the disadvantage that the sealing effect is impaired and it becomes difficult to maintain a predetermined negative pressure inside the pump case 01.

In view of the above, the present invention is a squeeze-type fluid pump with a simple structure, which has excellent sealing performance between the pump case and the pumping tube, and which constantly maintains a predetermined negative pressure inside the pump case to obtain efficient pumping action. The object of the present invention is to provide a sealing device.

In order to achieve the above object, the sealing device for a squeeze-type fluid pump of the present invention tightens a sealing member that seals the gap between the opening of the pump case and the pumping tube to the opening of the pump case with a tightening belt. The seal is made up of a mounting part that is airtightly connected to the pumping tube, a seal part that is smaller in diameter than the mounting part and that is hermetically sealed to the pumping tube, and an intermediate part that connects these mounting parts and the seal part. The middle part and the mounting part are formed thinner than the intermediate part and the mounting part, and are separated from the outer circumferential surface of the pumping tube and receive negative pressure within the pump case. It is characterized in that the middle part is formed thicker on the mounting part side.

Next, to explain the operation of the embodiment of the present invention, when the fluid pump is now operated, the rotor R is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. rolls on the pumping tube 5 and applies an intermittent pressing force to the tube 5, and the pumping tube 5
When the pressure from the rolling roller 13 is released, the pumping tube 5 is restored to its original state by its own elastic restoring force and the negative pressure inside the pump case 1, and eventually the pumping tube 5 is released from the rolling roller 13. A pumping action is provided by the pressing action of the hopper and the restoring action of the self-elasticity and the negative pressure, and the fluid in the hopper 9 can be forced into the transfer pipe 11.

By the way, when the rolling roller 13 presses and rolls on the pumping tube 5 due to the rotation of the rotor R in one direction, the tube 5 is pulled in the rotational direction of the rotor R, and when the rolling roller 13 leaves the pumping tube 5, , the tube 5 returns to its original state due to elasticity, and as a result, the pumping tube 5 constantly repeats back and forth movement, but the intermediate portion 1 of the sealing member 15 away from the outer peripheral surface of the pumping tube 5
8 and the mounting portion 16 are formed into a thick, hard-to-flex portion S to strengthen their rigidity, so even if the pumping tube 5 repeatedly moves back and forth as described above, this hard-to-flex portion S will not flex as much as in the past. Also, it will not bend inward to the pump case 1 due to negative pressure inside the pump case 1.
There is no risk that the seal portion 17 will be reversed and drawn into the pump case 1 side. Therefore, the area of close contact between the seal portion 17 and the outer peripheral portion of the pumping tube 5 does not decrease, and the airtightness within the pump case 1 is not impaired.

Further, the seal portion 17 is connected to the mounting portion 16 and the intermediate portion 18.
The middle part 18 is formed to be thinner than the seal part 17, and the part of the intermediate part 18 near the seal part 17 is formed to be slightly thinner and highly flexible, and has good adhesion and followability to the outer surface of the pumping tube 5. Therefore, the sealing function between the sealing member 15 and the pumping tube 5 is high.

As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, the sealing member 15 is connected to the mounting portion 16 which is airtightly connected to the openings 2 and 3 of the pump case 1 by tightening the tightening belt 19. Mounting part 16
It consists of a seal part 17 that has a smaller diameter than the pumping tube 5 and is airtightly attached to the pumping tube 5, and an intermediate part 18 that connects these mounting parts 16 and the seal part 17. Since the pumping tube 5 is formed thinly and the intermediate portion 18 is continuously formed thickly on the mounting portion 16 side, the pumping tube 5
Good adhesion and followability to the outer surface,
The sealing function between the sealing member 15 and the pumping tube 5 is enhanced. Also pumping tube 5
The intermediate part 18 and the mounting part 16, which are separated from the outer peripheral surface of the pump case 1 and receive negative pressure inside the pump case 1, are connected to the seal part 1.
Since the hard-to-flex portion S is formed to be thicker than the pump tube 7, the hard-to-flex portion S is highly rigid and does not bend significantly against the back and forth movement of the pumping tube 5 or the negative pressure inside the pump case 1. , there is no risk that the seal part 17 will be reversed and drawn into the pump case 1 side,
Therefore, since the area of the seal portion 17 in close contact with the pumping tube 5 is not reduced, the airtightness within the pump case 1 is not impaired.

As a result of the above, the gap between the opening of the pump case 1 and the pumping tube 5 is sealed airtightly and reliably, and the inside of the pump case 1 is always kept at a predetermined negative pressure, so that an efficient pumping action can be obtained.
