  1. 金属ワイヤをコイル状に巻回したヒータ要素を
    套管内に収納してなるものにおいて、上記套管の
    両端部にはヒータ要素を支持する支持孔および通
    気孔が設された耐熱性係止部材が設けられている
    ことを特徴とする赤外線ヒータ。
