Claims (1)
- 帯状体を連続的に大気中から真空中に導くシー
ルロールをチヤンバ内に配設した連続真空処理設
備のシール装置において、チヤンバ側壁のシール
ロールが軸支される部分にシールロール直径と略
同径か僅かに大きい穴径のロールシール穴を設け
、このロールシール穴にシールロールの胴部両端
部分を嵌入させて、シール材を用いずにロール側
面のシールを行なうことを特徴とするシール装置
。
