Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the uniform distribution of the pressing force of a blade rubber with the simple constitution by connecting two parallel body members by a plurality of bridge parts and installing a pivot connecting part for permitting the shift in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A backing member 3 consists of two body members 4 and 5 extending in parallel in the longitudinal direction and a plurality of bridge parts 6 connected each other. The distance 7 in the longitudinal direction of the both body members 4 and 5 is proper for accommodating the neck part of a blade rubber 1, and each bridge part 6 extends in the transverse direction. At least one among the pivot connecting parts 8 and 9 permits the relative shift in the longitudinal direction between the connection part 2A of a yoke 2. Therefore, the bending rigidity of the packing member 3 can be determined to a proper value, and the pressing force supplied from the yoke 2 is dispersed uniformly, and the cleaning performance for the rubber 1 can be improved.
