Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、旋回させんとする第1部材の孔に挿入し得るように
した略溝状断面の継手本体を備え、前記継手本体が、少
なくとも1つの固定面と1つの弾性可動面とを備え、前
記固定面と可動面間に上記第1部材の1部が位置し、継
手本体を前記第1部材に保持し、1対の止め部を備え、
前記止め部の少なくとも1方が、溝底部から垂下し、第
2部材の1または複数の孔を通り抜け得るようにした弾
性体とし、前記第2部材が少なくとも部分的に、継手本
体の溝内に位置し得るようにし、前記弾性止め部が、第
2部材の孔を通り抜け得る第1位置と、通り抜け得ない
が、挿入方向に向けて、継手本体と第2部材間に遊びが
生じ、第2部材が継手本体に対し旋回し得るようにする
第2位置間を弾性変位するようにしたことを特徴とする
、第1および第2部材間に旋回可能な接続手段を提供す
る旋回継手。 2、少なくとも1端が溝形断面の第1部材と、第1部材
の前記1端に対し旋回可能であり、第1部材の溝断面に
少なくとも1部着座し得るようにした第2部材と、第1
部材の孔内に挿入し得るようにした略溝形断面の継手本
体とを備え、前記継手本体が、少なくとも1つの固定面
と1つの弾性可動面とを備え、前記固定面と可動面間に
上記第1部材の1部が位置し、継手本体を前記第1部材
に保持し、1対の止め部を備え、前記止め部の少なくと
も1方が、溝底部から垂下し、旋回させようとする第2
部材の1または複数の孔を通り抜け得るようにした弾性
体とし、前記第2部材が少なくとも部分的に、継手本体
の溝内に位置し得るようにし、前記弾性止め部が、第2
部材の孔を通り抜け得る第1位置と、通り抜け得ないが
、挿入方向に向けて、継手本体と第2部材間に遊びが生
じ、第2部材が継手本体に対し旋回し得るようにする第
2位置間を弾性変位するようにしたことを特徴とする旋
回継手。 3、継手本体の溝底部から突出する端縁を設け、第2部
材と係合させ、よって、ナイフエッジ状支点を提供する
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項に記載した旋回
継手。 4、第1部材の孔をその溝底部に設けることを特徴とす
る特許請求の範囲第2項または第3項に記載した旋回継
手。 5、継手部材の側壁外面に設けた突起と協働する凹所を
第1部材の溝側壁に設け、継手本体の側壁が弾性可能に
撓み、相互に離接することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
第2項乃至第4項の何れか一項に記載した旋回継手。 6、第1部材の側壁凹所が側壁の自由縦端縁から中方に
伸長する切欠き部によって形成することを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第5項に記載した旋回継手。 7、第2部材が少なくとも継手部分に溝形断面を備え、
止め部を嵌入させる孔を第2部材の溝底部に形成するこ
とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第2項乃至第6項の何れ
か一項に記載した旋回継手。 8、第1および第2ヨーク部材が、フロントガラスワイ
パーブレードのハーネスのヨーク部材およびレバー、ま
たはその何れか1方を備えることを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第1項乃至第7項のいずれか一項に記載した旋回
継手。 9、第1部材がフロントガラスワイパーブレードハーネ
スの主ヨーク部材を備え、および第2部材が第2ヨーク
部材またはレバーを備えることを特徴とする特許請求の
範囲第8項に記載した旋回継手。

A swivel joint according to claim 5, characterized in that the side wall recess of the first member is formed by a notch extending inwardly from the free longitudinal edge of the side wall. 7. The swivel joint according to any one of claims 2 to 6, characterized in that a hole into which the stopper is inserted is formed at the bottom of the groove of the second member. 8. Any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first and second yoke members include a yoke member and/or a lever of a windshield wiper blade harness. Swivel joint described in paragraph 1. 9. A swivel joint as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first member comprises a main yoke member of a windshield wiper blade harness and the second member comprises a second yoke member or lever.
