Claims (1)
- 光学繊維よりなる伸縮自在の筒状組物内に基台
とスプリング弾性体により上下に摺動可能な状態
で一体化された支柱を挿入し、該支柱の１端に発
光部又は受光部を設け、当該部所を筒状組物を構
成する光学繊維の集束端と対向した状態で支柱に
取付け、基台と支柱との摺動部近傍に受光部又は
発光部を設け、当該部所と筒状組物を構成する光
学繊維との集束部他端と対向した状態で基台に取
付けたことを特徴とする変位センサー。
