置決め凹部は、マニホールドの上面に開口して位

部に連らなつてマニホールドの上面と一つの端面
に亘り開口して位置決め突起の基端側を受け入れ
る幅狭部を有し、位置決め突起との係合によりマ
ニホールドに対し支持台を位置決めするよう設け
