本発明は、入力部材として圧電素子を備えた音声入力電

回路に電流を流して作動させ、必要のない時は前記音声
認識回路に電流を流さず消費電流を小さくする方法が用

圧電素子を操作して音声認識回路8を動作させることが
出来るので、通常携帯時の時計の消費電流は、一般の電
