Abstract

着テープ等を使用して予め塞いで置かなければならない
ので、印刷機を稼動させる前の準備に手間がかかると共
に接着テープ等を消耗する為、印刷作業を効率良く行う
ことが出来ない欠点があった。

刷物を吸着する多数の吸引孔を設け、こ−の吸引孔に連
通させてその下部に多数の弁室を設け、各弁室にはスプ
リングにより支持させて玉弁を内包し、弁室の下部は吸
引ケース内に間口することにより、バキューム装置を作
動さぜると共に吸引ケースの上面に任意の大きさの被印
刷物を”重ねた場合に、被印刷物で塞がれない吸引孔に
対応する弁室の開口部をバキューム装置の吸引力により
下降する玉弁で自動的に密閉して大気から遮断し、被印
刷物で塞がれた吸引孔に対応する弁室はバキューム装置
の吸引力により大気圧以下にすることこより3弁を弁室
内に浮部状態としたから、従来の様に被印刷物で塞がれ
ない吸引孔を接着テープ等を使用して予め塞いで置かな
くてもバキューム装置の吸引力を低下させることなく、
被印刷物を吸引ケースの上面に吸着させて能率良く印刷
を行うことが出来るものである。

ない様にしたから、従来の様に被印刷物で塞がれない部
分の吸引孔を接着テープ等を用いて予め塞いで置かなく
てもバキューム装置の吸引力を低下させることなく吸引
ケースの上面に被印刷物を強力に吸着させることが出来
るか、ら、中欄作業の能率化を計ることが出来ると共に
労力の無駄使いをなくすことが出来る等の大きな効果を
発揮するものである。
