コーヒーを入れ、粉砕時にコーヒー豆が容器1から容器
外へ飛び出さないよう容器蓋10を嵌合させて本体11
内の所定位置に設置し、カッタ3でコーヒー豆を一定時
間粉砕した後、タンク5に収納した水を逆止弁6を介し
てヒータ7と一体に成形した水管8へ導入し、この導入
した水を加熱することにより発生する蒸気圧によって湯
を押し上げ、バスケット9の上方に位置する吐出管8′
に導き、この吐出管8′よりバスケット9内に湯を注ぐ
ことにより、コーヒー抽出液を得るものである。

うため、前記時間測定開始手段が操作されて以降原料の
粉砕動作が完了するまでの間常に前記蓋検知手段の情報
を調べる動作開始状態判別手段を設けたことを特徴とす
るコーヒー沸し器。
