部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 物体の回転角を検出する角度検出器におい
て、固定部に取付けられ一定の光量の光束を出力
する光源と、固定部に取付けられ光源の出力する
光束を偏光する偏光板と、回転部に取付けられ前
記の偏光板により偏光された光束を回転部の角度
に応じて偏光する偏光板と、これら２枚の偏光板
により減衰した光束の光量を測定する測光手段を
備えた光学式角度検出器。 (2) 固定部と回転部を機械的に分離したことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載
の光学式角度検出器。
