た複数のコモン電極と、該コモン電極と前記セグ
メント電極によつて表示されるパターンを除く平
面領域部を遮光するために前記他のガラス基板に
金属で且つ前記コモン電極に対応する様に複数に
分割して設けられた遮光膜と、該遮光膜の分割領
域部分に形成された黒色染色層とを備えたことを
