For this purpose, in order to live inside from the ffr point of the chemical solution and the wall surface, it is conventional to add 1 @ when the area to be treated is wide, without excessive drilling, and to inject the amount of chemical solution into one place. A drug solution is injected into the cavity using a drug RI injector at an appropriate rate. Therefore, depending on the conditions of the void, etc.
If the air that enters the gap cannot be released to the outside by injection, the chemical solution will not be able to enter the tank due to the remaining space.
Moreover, since the residual air is compressed by the resident 4 liquids, when the injection pressure of the chemical liquid and the compressed gas pressure reach an equilibrium state, it becomes impossible to inject any further d chemical liquid, and this state cannot be seen from the outside. Since this cannot be easily confirmed, work is stopped before the required amount of chemical solution has been injected into the target area, resulting in incomplete repairs. In addition, if this situation occurs, the chemical solution will not be inserted smoothly.
70 minutes work note decreases. However, it is easy to consider making extra holes in advance and expelling residual air from the holes other than the injection part in accordance with the injection VC of the chemical solution. but,
Drilling extra holes in the wall surface will damage the appearance after the work if it is used as a special VC decoration or if it is installed on the wall surface in a special place. It is required to minimize the amount of

14 problems to be solved: In view of the above-mentioned situation, the invention is to use the stopper as it is to store the chemical liquid press-in device buried in the hole where the chemical liquid is to be injected. Injection (without having to drill an exhaust hole in a place other than the place where the exhaust hole is located), the gas inside the outside can be discharged from around the embedded plug without damaging the appearance of the wall after repair. To provide a method for injecting a chemical liquid into a wall surface repair part in which the chemical liquid injection work can be carried out smoothly.

Means for solving the problem: The non-invention is in the work of drilling a chemical solution injection hole at a repair target location on the wall of a concrete building and injecting a 1j tangential 1# chemical solution into the chemical solution injection hole. When automatically press-fitting using a capsule-containing chemical liquid injector that press-fits with thrust applied behind the piston, an exhaust passage communicating with the void inside the wall is installed around the anchor stopper for installation. As much as possible, the residual gas is suppressed and replaced by the injection pressure of the chemical liquid, and is discharged to the outside through the exhaust passage forming part of the anchor plug, so that the injection of the chemical liquid is performed smoothly and effectively.

This chemical liquid presser θ is installed in part 2 by attaching a fin-like locking rig to the outer periphery of the synthetic resin anchor plug.
A large number of stripes extend in the d direction, and a large number of fin-like locking lips are arranged at an appropriate pitch in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the anchor plug.
Some have a notch for exhaust flow leading to the shaft direction in a part of each locking ring, some have a spiral exhaust passage formed on the outer periphery and have a locking rig, and some have protrusions on the outer periphery. For example, a large number of pipes are installed and sheath pipes are tied together.
An anchor plug is used that can be locked in a state where the anchor plug is embedded in the protrusion, and furthermore, a passage is formed between the inner periphery of the perforation and the plug body to allow exhaust air to escape. Then, the wall surface of the anchor stopper fC position and the outer periphery of the end of the stopper are covered with a piece of cloth or other material with good air permeability, wrapped around the orange end to prevent the injected chemical solution from spewing out to the outside. Renamed as 1.

In addition, as a 4-liquid self-injector, the medicinal liquid is directly received in the main casing, thrust is applied from behind the piston inserted into the main casing, and a specific pressure injection device is installed at the tip of the main casing. A system in which mulberry leaves are discharged under pressure from a pipe, and the end of this injection pipe is screwed into a threaded hole for mounting provided in the anchor stopper described above has been used for some time. As a means for applying a thrust to the piston of this self-injecting device for chemical liquid, it is possible to use a compression repulsion force of a coil spring, or use a compressed gas. When using a coil spring, there are 4

When using this, make sure that the rear chamber of the casing in which the piston is inserted is airtight, and either supply compressed air from the outside to this sealed chamber with a T-pipe, or gradually release the pressurized air into a small portable Ponopée. It is possible to adopt a method that allows the

Fill only the chemical liquid into a container that can be freely compressed (especially one that can be compressed and deformed in the direction of the striped line), put it inside the main casing, connect the tip of the container to the injection port (a), and insert it into the back of the chemical liquid container. It may also be of a type in which an injection thrust is applied to the end.

Effect: According to the uninvented method, a required number of chemical injection holes are drilled in the area to be repaired on the wall of the concrete building.
An anchor plug having an exhaust passage on the outer periphery is driven into the hole with a cloth backing wrapped around the rear end circumference, and then, using each anchor plug as a basis, the anchor plug is pre-installed in the anchor plug. The distal end of an automatic chemical liquid press injector having a C-pressing function is screwed into the screw hole. After that/i! r When the IJa pressure groove mechanism of the automatic chemical injector is operated to start injecting the chemical liquid, the force of the chemical liquid is compressed by the suppressing spring force (or thrust by pressure air) built into the injector, It is press-fitted into the cavity of the wall through the anchor plug. Then, the gas remaining in the cavity is replaced by the injected chemical liquid and discharged to the outside from the exhaust passage installed in the nearby anchor building, and the injected chemical liquid from the automatic chemical injector replaces the residual gas. As a result, the gap is quickly filled without being blocked from flowing in. Therefore, the operation of filling the gap with the chemical liquid (v4) is performed quickly, and no hindrance occurs.Furthermore, the chemical liquid that tries to flow out to the outside by becoming 1+ in the gas discharged from around the anchor plug,
Gas can be freely discharged through the gasket attached to the rear end of the anchor plug, preventing liquid leakage, preventing loss of injected chemical liquid, and allowing the intended work to be carried out without staining the wall surface. .

Self-excited injection of each chemical solution 41. When thrust is applied to the piston/mouth of IQ, the liquid in the casing l has a viscosity of 4, but it flows from the injection port f to the anchor plug (through the inside of υ, and from the perforation to the wall (in the raised gap of Hitoshi). At this time, the gas existing in the gap (b) passes through the part where it is most likely to migrate and moves to the nearby perforation part by entering 4tLJ), and the anchor plug is inserted into the injection hole part at that location. (1) body (2) and sheath m (4
) is discharged to the outside through the gap between the parts 24 and 24 (b), and the residual gas and the chemical liquid are easily replaced, and the chemical liquid is smoothly injected and filled into the part 24 (b). After injecting this chemical solution, the syringe oQ metal is removed, and then the wall surface of the anchor plug (the part that protrudes from the surface is cut off, and the opening is filled with waterproof 18rIJ, etc.) to complete the chemical injection work.
