Abstract
본 발명은 패커주입재로서 종래에 사용되어 온 시멘트 페이스트를 대신해 발포우레탄 약액을 적용하여 패커(2)를 온전히 팽창, 고결시킴으로써 정착부 압력 그라우팅이 효과적으로 수행될 수 있도록 하였으며 동시에 쉬스관(3) 내부로의 시멘트 유입을 억제하여 자유장 확보를 온전히 할 수 있도록 하여 어스앵커의 시공품질을 향상시킨 신규의 어스앵커 공법임. 본 발명에 의한 공법적용시 발포 우레탄 약액을 효과적으로 주입하고 동시에 시공관리가 원활히 수행되도록 하기 위한 제2도와 같은 신규 구조의 앵커체를 고안, 적용하는 것을 특징으로 함.The present invention is to expand and solidify the packer (2) by applying a foam urethane chemical solution in place of the cement paste that has been conventionally used as a packer injection material so that the pressure of the fixing unit grouting can be effectively performed at the same time into the sheath pipe (3) This is a new earth anchor construction method that improves the construction quality of earth anchors by restraining cement from entering the room to secure the free field.
