Claims (1)
と粘着剤層とがそれぞれ形成されて上層テープが
構成され、他のテープ基材の表裏面に離型剤層と
粘着剤層とがそれぞれ形成されて下層テープが構
成され、この下層テープ離型剤層に上層テープ粘
着剤層が面接着されて両テープが積層され、しか
も貼着対象物に対する下層テープ粘着剤層の接着
力が下層テープ離型剤層に対する上層テープ粘着
剤層の接着力よりも大きく形成されてなる積層粘
着テープ。 (2) 前記下層テープ離型剤層に対する上層テー
プ粘着剤層の接着力が上層テープ離型剤層に対す
る下層テープ粘着剤層の接着力よりも大きく形成
されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
積層粘着テープ。 (3) 前記上層テープ粘着剤層及び下層テープ粘
着剤層のいずれもが、ポリオレフイン系樹脂、エ
チレンビニールアルコール系樹脂、酢酸ビニール
系樹脂、アクリルポリマー、二重結合を有するゴ
ム、粘着付与剤のうちから選ばれた素材の混合物
を主成分とされてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項乃至第２項記載の積層粘着テープ。 (4) 前記上層テープのテープ基材及び下層テー
プのテープ基材のいずれもが、織布、不織布、洋
紙、和紙、合成樹脂フイルム、発泡体のうちから
選ばれた素材からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項乃至第３項記載の積層粘着テープ。 (5) 前記上層テープのテープ基材が和紙とされ
