Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable reduction of manpower necessary for management of a sequence table caused by revision of design and to enable management of a sequence table having a combined flow process, by making effective day management of the relation between items and the sequence table while making management through a process series management means and a process series composition management means when there is a combined flow process. CONSTITUTION:A management system comprises a sequence management means 11, a process series management means 12, a process series composition management means 13, a process management means 14 and an item sequence relation management means 15. Then, the process series management means 12, the process series composition management means 13 and the process management means 14 combine into process series of items 1, 2 thus enabling production of item X continuously. The item sequence relation management means enables management of a standard sequence and a plurality of alternative sequences with item unit. The alternative sequence means and equivalent alternative sequence which can be substituted for the standard sequence when the latter is disabled because of its capacity or fault. The effective day management in the sequence table enables effective day management in the sequence table caused by reversion of design.
