Then, when water is supplied from the water supply source to the water supply channel, the water is received by the holding member and sprayed into the pot from the nozzle, and this water flows from the overflow hole of the pot into the inner frame. The overflowing water will be drained out of the main body from the drain channel, and the rice in the pot will be automatically washed away by the jet of water supplied from the nozzle part of the holding member, and the washed away dirt will be removed. The water will be discharged outside along with the overflow water, and after that, the water supply from the water source to the water supply channel will be stopped.
The rice is cooked using a rice-cooking heater.

Reference numeral 18 denotes a hollow lid consisting of an outer plate 19 and an inner plate 20, which is pivoted to the upper opening of the main body 1 via a hinge portion 21 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction. It is set up. Reference numeral 22 designates a water supply pipe as a water supply channel disposed inside the lid 18, the base end of which projects outside the lid 18 to form a connecting portion 22a, and the tip end directed downward at a substantially right angle. The mounting tube portion 20a is formed into a mounting tube portion 2''2b which is bent at the same time, and the ``tip end'' of the mounting tube portion 22b is provided to protrude into the center of the inner plate 20.
It is projected downward throughout. A tightening nut 23 is screwed into this mounting tube portion 20a, thereby tightening and fixing the attachment tube portion 22b to the inner plate 20 via a waterproof backing 24. (See Figure 2)

It comes to be supplied into the pot 10 from the nozzle portion 29c of the counting member 29. In this case, since the nozzle part 29c of the presser member 29 is formed in a tapered shape, the water from the nozzle part 29C becomes a jet stream with a high flow velocity, and the water flows into the pan 10.
It now collides with the rice stored in the pot 1.
Coupled with the fact that the diameter of the bottom part 10b gradually decreases toward the bottom part 10b, water convects from the top to the bottom and then from the bottom to the top as shown by the arrows in FIG. As the rice flows, the rice begins to be stirred, and the washing of the rice begins. By supplying water into the pot 10 in this manner, the water level in the pot 10 gradually rises, but when the water level reaches the lower edge of the overflow hole 11, the excess water overflows from the overflow hole 11 and flows inside. The overflow water flows down into the frame 4, flows down through the gap 12, passes through the drainage channel 13, reaches the drain port 14, and further flows through the connecting hose 16. Drainage vibrator 15 and drainage hose 17
is discharged to the outside of the main body 1 through. As a result, the dirt on the outer surface of the rice is washed off and washed away with the overflowing water. When such rice washing has been carried out for a predetermined time (for example, 5 minutes), the faucet 27 is closed to stop the water supply, thereby stopping the rice washing operation.

When the rice-cooking electric heater 9 operates to generate heat, the heating plate 6 is heated, thereby heating the small-diameter portion 4a and the bottom portion 4b of the inner frame 4. The lower part of the pot 10 that comes into contact (bottom 10
b) is heated, the water and rice in the pot 10 are heated, and rice cooking is started. After that, when the rice cooking is completed, the water in the pot 10 is almost gone, so the inner frame 4
Since the temperature of the bottom portion 4b of the rice cooker rises rapidly, the control circuit determines that rice cooking is complete based on a temperature detection signal from the temperature sensor of the heat sensing portion 35 that detects this, and stops the heat generation of the rice cooking electric heater 9. Thereafter, the control circuit causes the electric heater 33 and the electric heater 34 for the lid to generate heat to perform a heat-retaining operation.

The dirt on the outer surface of the rice in the pot 10 is washed off, and the excess water in the pot 10 is drained from the overflow hole 11 to the gap 1.
2 and is discharged to the outside of the main body 1 through the drainage channel 13, the washed-off dirt is washed away by the running water, that is, the overflow water. In recent years, rice milling,
With improvements in storage technology, it has become increasingly known that commercially available non-glutinous rice only needs to be washed to remove dirt from its outer surface and does not need to be polished. According to the structure, the rice can be washed automatically with running water and does not require any effort from the user to wash the rice.Furthermore, unlike conventional methods, the outer surface of the rice is not scraped by sharpening, so nutrients are retained. can be secured.

Despite fluctuations in water pressure, the water always forms a jet and the pot 10
This stirs the rice inside, thus ensuring that dirt on the outer surface of the rice can be washed away.

For this reason, conventionally, a holding member (the holding member 29 of this embodiment without the nozzle portion 29c) is attached to the inner lid and an engaging member is attached to the lid, and the engaging member is attached to the lid when the lid is closed. The inner cover is pressed by the member via the pressing member. On the other hand, in this embodiment, a presser member 29 having a nozzle portion 29c is mounted on the inner lid 28,
The attachment tube part 22b of the water supply pipe 22 is made to protrude from the lid body 18, and the water from the attachment tube part 22b is supplied into the pot 10 via the holding member 29. At the time of closing, the attachment pipe part 22b presses the presser member 29 to press the inner lid 28 to the flange part 10a of the pot 10 via the presser member 29. Therefore, the presser member 29 and the attachment pipe part 22b It has the same form as the conventional holding member and engagement protrusion.

This has both the function of bringing the inner lid 28 into pressure contact with the flange part 10a of the pot 10 and the function of supplying water into the pot 10, and can have a rational and simple structure that does not differ from the conventional one in terms of appearance.

There is an advantage that the pressing force against the inner lid 28 can be made even larger.

Since the water from the water supply channel is supplied into the pot from the tapered nozzle part through the holding member, the rice can be washed automatically and reliably without requiring any labor. Nutrients can be secured without scraping off the outer surface of the rice during rice washing, and it is also streamlined because the mounting pipe and holding member have the function of pressing the inner lid and the function of supplying water into the pot. This has the excellent effect of making it possible to have a simple and practical structure.
