Conventional high-output microwave ovens use two magnetron oscillation circuits to obtain a large high-frequency output, but in order to obtain a low output in such a microwave oven, one magnetron oscillation circuit is stopped and the other is turned off. The magnetron oscillation circuit is constantly operating.

An example of a conventional microwave oven of this kind is shown in Fig. 1, and explained based on this. In Fig. 1, 1 is a power supply, 2 is a cook switch, 3 is a timer switch, 4 is a timer motor, and 5 is an output switch. A switch 6 is a switching relay, and 7 and 8 are both magnetron oscillation circuits. Here, with the output selector switch 5 turned off as shown in the drawing,
When the timer is set, that is, the timer switch 3 is turned on, and the cook switch 2 is turned on, the power source 1 is activated to both magnetron oscillation circuits 7 and 8.
is supplied to both oscillation circuits 7 and 8, and a large output is obtained. On the other hand, with the changeover switch 5 turned on, the same operation is performed to turn on the switch 2.
When the switch is turned on, power 1 is supplied to the switching relay 6, and the contact 6' of the relay 6 is opened (off).
Therefore, the power supply 1 is supplied only to the magnetron oscillation circuit 8, and this is operated. At this time, the operation of the other magnetron oscillation circuit 7 remains stopped, so the output is small.

However, in the conventional microwave oven configured as described above, the operation of the same magnetron oscillation circuit 7 is stopped every time the microwave oven is driven at low output, and the operation of the other magnetron oscillation circuit 8 is stopped regardless of whether the microwave oven is driven at high output or low output. Since the magnetron oscillation circuits 7 and 8 are operated constantly, there is an imbalance in the relative lifespans of the parts of both magnetron oscillation circuits 7 and 8, and the period until initial failure is generally shortened.

The present invention was developed in view of these points, and in a microwave oven equipped with multiple magnetron oscillation circuits, when driving at low output, the operation of different magnetron oscillation circuits is alternately stopped for each operation, and the circuit components are The purpose of the present invention is to provide an output switching device that makes it possible to extend the life of a microwave oven.

FIG. 2 shows one embodiment of the present invention,
Here, the same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals. In particular, instead of the changeover relay 6, a ratchet relay 9 is used, and in addition, a normal changeover relay 10, 1 is used.
1 was used.

Therefore, when the timer is set with the changeover switch 5 in the off state and the switch 2 is turned on,
As in the case of FIG. 1, the power supply 1 is supplied to both magnetron oscillation circuits 7 and 8, and a large output is obtained.

is driven, and the contacts 9' of the relay 9 are closed to the or side. If this is now closed to the side, the switching relay 11 is driven and the relay 1
1 contact 11' is turned off, and at this time, the power source 1 is supplied only to the magnetron oscillation circuit 7, and the magnetron oscillation circuit 8 is in a non-operational state, thus obtaining a relatively low output.

Next, when driving at low output again, switch 2
When turned on, the ratchet relay 9 is driven,
This time, the relay contact 9' is closed to the side, and as the switching relay 10 is driven, the relay contact 10' is turned off, and at this time, the power 1 is supplied only to the magnetron oscillation circuit 8.

Thereafter, each time the low output driving operation is performed, the magnetron oscillation circuits 7 and 8 are operated alternately, and the operation of the other magnetron oscillation circuit 7 and 8 is stopped.

In the above embodiment, the operation of the two magnetron oscillation circuits 7 and 8 is stopped alternately, but of course, when three or more magnetron oscillation circuits are provided, the operation may be stopped alternately. Just do it.

According to the microwave oven output switching device of the present invention,
As mentioned above, since the operation of multiple magnetron oscillation circuits is stopped alternately for each low-output drive operation, the lifespan of the circuit components of each oscillation circuit is averaged, which in turn extends the lifespan of the microwave oven. It becomes possible to aim for.
