給管、１６はハウジング、１７は回転シール部、
２６は間隙である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 反応管をその軸のまわりに回転させると共にこ
    の反応管の開口端を回転導入端子により反応ガス
    供給系に接続されたガス導入管に気密に結合させ
    るガラス旋盤において、上記ガス導入管の先端部
    が上記反応管の内径より小さな外径を有して上記
    反応管内に挿入されると共にこれらの管により形
    成される間隙にシールガスを流すことを特徴とす
    るガラス旋盤。
