容可能とする耐熱性容器を有し、前記高圧室内の
耐熱性容器内部に、多孔質成形体と含浸材料とを
充填し、前記高圧室内を真空引きしつつ昇温せし
め、前記含浸材料を溶融させ、前記高圧室内に圧
媒ガスを供給し、高温高圧のガス雰囲気下で溶融
した含浸材料を多孔質成形体に含浸させるガス圧
含浸装置において、前記多孔質成形体の上面部及
び側周部に、前記含浸材料より融点が高く、且つ
該含浸材料と反応しない圧媒ガス不透過性の隔離
材を配置し、且つ多孔質成形体の側周部と前記隔
離材との間に、間隙を設けることを特徴とするガ
