記炉室Ｆ内に戻して循環させることで、該高温の
圧媒ガスを冷却するようになし、さらに、前記上
蓋２下面又は高圧容器１内壁上部に筒体９の上端
を固定している熱間等方圧加圧装置において、 前記筒体９はその熱貫流率Ｕを下段が上段より
