ケースを備え、該シールドに受光素子チツプへの
光線入射用窓を設けたシールド付フオトダイオー
ドに於いて、上記窓と受光素子チツプとの間に外
部の電気的誘導を遮蔽するシールド部材を設け、
このシールド部材と上記シールドケースとが共通
に接地されたことを特徴とするシールド付受光素
