って混合し、これを押出機にて細棒状にして切断してペ
レットを作り、このペレットをポリプロピレンナチュラ
ル材94部、タルク5部に5部に対して1部を加えよく
混和して射出成形により氷温チルドケースを作る。次に
射出成形型を変え冷蔵チルドケースを作る。作った容器
の数個所からテストピースを切り出し、各種のかび1代
表的な菌に対する防かび、防菌効果をテストすると防か
び防菌効果が表われる。このテスト品はカプリン酸グリ
セリンエステル0.1%の濃度であるが同様にして2%
濃度のケースを作り、その防かび、防菌効果をテストす
る一方その強度を測定したが、実用上の支障はない。上
記防かび剤を直接ケースの材料に練り込まず、防かび剤
を練り込んだシートをケース内に貼り付けても防かび、
防菌の作用はある。また防かび防菌剤を練り込んだすの
こを作り、生鮮食品収納ケースの底に設置しても同様の
作用を示す。さらに防かび防菌剤をケース表面に塗布し
被膜を形成させても同様の作用を示す。尚、上記の他に
カプリル酸グリセリンエステルもしくはラウリン酸グリ
セリンエステルを添加しても同様の効果が得られる。

顔料としての酸化チタンが配合されているため、防かび

は補強材として使われているタルクを1〜5%充填する
