プロピレンのナチユラル材95部,パラオキシ安息香酸
n−ブチル5部とをミキサーによつて混合し、これを押
出機にて細棒状にして切断してペレツトを作り、このペ
レツトをポリプロピレンナチユラル材94部,タルク5
部に対し1部を加えよく混和して射出成形により氷温チ
ルドケースを作る。次に射出成形型を変え冷蔵チルドケ
ースを作る。作つた容器の数個所からテストピースを切
り出し、各種のかび,代表的な菌に対する防かび,防菌
効果をテストすると防かび防菌効果が表われる。このテ
スト品はp−オキシ安息香酸n−ブチルが0.1%の濃度
であるが同様にして1%濃度のケースを作り、その防か
び,防菌効果をテストする一方その強度を測定したが、
実用上の支障はない。上記防かび剤を直接ケースの材料
