However, container costs and transportation costs account for a large proportion of the product price, and resource conservation is also a problem. In addition, to ensure a liquid dosage form, antifreeze agents, thickeners, hydrotropes, emulsifiers, and
・They contain a wide variety of substances other than so-called cleaning agent active ingredients, such as detergents, ultraviolet absorbers, stabilizers, and pigments, and they can sometimes be harmful by causing scalp irritation and skin irritation. There are drawbacks. In addition, as shampoos, whether liquid or powdered, have vinegar in them, hair rinses or hair treatment agents are now almost always used after shampooing. That is, it has to be used two or three times, including shampooing and rinsing, which is inconvenient.

It has poor properties and may not completely dissolve even if left in water for 2 to 3 days. For this reason, while liquid shampoos foam immediately when applied to the hair, solid shampoos foam slowly, making it feel like it takes a long time to wash the hair, and giving the impression of unused soap. There were many things missing.

Also, when you use it, it spills out and is wasted, and the fine powder gives you a choking sensation, and it takes a long time! 11 questions When stored, it tends to cause caking or paste-like formation due to the contamination of moisture and moisture, and has drawbacks such as a decrease in foaming cleaning effect. Furthermore, if the shampoo is in powder form, the shampoo will foam before it reaches the scalp during washing, which reduces the effectiveness of the active ingredients on the scalp, which is not preferable.

It has excellent solubility in water, etc., and also contains dissolved carbonate ions and bicarbonate ions, which promote blood circulation and dilate peripheral blood vessels. We conducted extensive research to obtain a non-aqueous, weakly acidic shampoo in the form of granules that retains the generated foam and prevents it from getting into the eyes. As a result, a granular shampoo containing a carbon dioxide gas-generating substance and an emollient agent as essential ingredients has excellent solubility, has an amazing foaming cleaning effect, a blood circulation promoting effect, and a peripheral vasodilation effect. They discovered this and completed the present invention.

To provide a solid shampoo which is easy to use and has good long-term storage stability, does not scatter or spill during use. Furthermore, an emollient agent that acts like a hair rinse or hair treatment agent is added to the shampoo, and a non-aqueous weakly acidic agent such as granules that has a cleansing effect and a hair rinse or hair treatment effect can be added to the shampoo. Our goal is to provide a new 71 shampoo.

% range. If it is less than 5%, the generation of carbon dioxide gas will be small, and the sustainability of the foaming will be reduced, the foam will flow out, and the cleaning effect, dissolution rate, blood flow rate, and peripheral capillary dilation effect will be reduced, which is undesirable. . On the other hand, if it exceeds 30%, the carbon dioxide gas generated becomes too high, which not only dilutes the original cleaning effect of the cleaning agent, but also causes a squeaky feeling, and may even cause some people to feel uncomfortable during cleaning. This is not desirable as it also comes out.

The emollients include natural oils and fats, fatty acid esters, lanolin and its derivatives, aliphatic higher alcohols, hydrocarbons, polypeptides, phospholipids, fatty acids, sterins, and polypeptides, keratin, sugar esters, and olive oil are preferred. Practically speaking, commercially available emollients can be used, and those that are liquid or solid at room temperature are used. However, preferably, in consideration of various conditions such as shape retention after transparent granulation molding, that is, storage time, storage temperature, and use temperature, the emollient agent is more preferably solid at room temperature. Further, a liquid type emollient and a solid type emollient may be used together. However, in this case,
For the above reasons, it is preferable to incorporate a large amount of solid emollient. In this sense, olive oil, collagen polypeptide, keratin polypeptide, etc. are more preferable. The amount of the emollient added to the cleaning composition of the present invention is necessarily in the range of 2 to 10%, preferably in the range of 3 to 7%. If the blend ω exceeds 10%, detergency, foaming properties, etc. will be impaired, and if it is less than 3%, the effectiveness as an emollient will decrease, which is not preferable. In addition, the composition of the present invention can be used as an anti-foaming agent to increase foam, to form before or after foam, and to control the persistence of the foam, and to improve the texture, feeling of use, and lightness. To ensure this, gummy substances and water-soluble polymer compounds can be blended. Specifically, gum arabic, guaiac, karaya, tragacanth, dammar, etc. are used as gummy substances. Others include agar, casein, dextrin, gelatin, pectin, sodium pectate, starch, sodium alginate, methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose,
Examples include water-soluble or water-dispersible natural polymer compounds such as hydroxypropyl cellulose and crystalline cellulose, and derivatives thereof. Further examples include synthetic water-soluble polymer compounds such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl methyl ether, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, sodium polyacrylate, carboxylic polymer, polyethylene imine, and polyethylene glycols. Among these, preferred are those that exhibit some thickening properties. The amount of the gummy substance or water-soluble polymer compound added is in the range of 0.1 to 5%, preferably in the range of 0.2 to 3%, based on the total amount of the cleaning composition of the present invention. .

It is manufactured by compressing and granulating a blend using a pressure roll. More specifically, after uniformly mixing these compositions, they are pressure-molded using a dry pressure roll, such as a compacting machine or a briquetting machine, and are crushed to a powder size of 100 μm to 1000 μm, preferably 3 μm.
The desired granules are obtained by sieving to a particle size of 50 to 850μ. If the particle size is smaller than 100 μm, it is not preferable because it tends to become even finer when powdered or crushed. Also, the particle size is 1
If it is larger than 000μ, the solubility tends to be poor even though the solubility is excellent, which is also not preferable. At this time, it is preferable to add a lubricant or lubricant such as stearic acid or its salt, talc, or VAR to improve granulation properties. Further, it is preferable that the water content in the formulation be as low as possible, since this will improve the storage stability of the product. Furthermore, boric anhydride may be added to impart long-term storage stability. The particle size of each of these raw materials is 20 to 300μ
It is preferable to use 40 to 200 μm because it facilitates granulation. If the particle size is outside this range, the supply of each raw material will not be smooth, making it difficult to obtain granules with uniform thickness and hardness, and slipping of the gutter will also occur, furthermore, the yield of granulation will be low. The desired foaming, diffusion, and dissolution rates of the product of the present invention can be varied by appropriately changing the composition ratio.

It is necessary to adjust the carbon dioxide gas generating substance and the acid so that the pH of the system becomes weakly acidic, that is, pH is less than 7.0 when water is added. When the system is acidic, the carbon dioxide gas generating substance decomposes and generates carbon dioxide gas (CO2). When the system is alkaline, that is, when the pH is higher than 7.0, the carbon dioxide gas generating substance can exist in the water as CO3-2 ions or HCO3-1 ions, so the generation of CO2 is suppressed.

Therefore, carbon dioxide gas is generated from inside the cleaning agent, and the active ingredient of the cleaning agent dissolved in water is effectively foamed. This doubles the original cleansing effect and also provides a kind of good stimulation to the scalp hair with a pleasant sensation during use, thereby promoting blood circulation and peripheral vasodilation.
