該反射鏡の取付け角度を調整するパルスモータと
、前記反射鏡で反射されたレーザ光の光路上に出
退自在に配置した光デイテクタと、該光デイテク
タで受けたレーザ光の光位置信号に基づいて前記
反射鏡の取付角度のずれを演算し、このずれを修
正するよう前記パルスモータに修正信号を出力す
る制御部とを具備したことを特徴とするレーザ光
