CONSTITUTION:A pulley 2 turns by driving a belt 1 and a shaft 3 fixed to this pulley 2 rotates. When this shaft 3 rotates, a paper tube 4 fixed to the shaft 3 turns and an ink film 5 wrapped around the paper tube 4 is transported. At that time, a roller 7 with both spring-braced rollers 7 supports the ink film 5, so that this ink film 5 is applied with a tension to absorb a slack of the ink film 6.
