Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 受光板の表面に熱吸収塗料を塗布し、前記
受光板の裏面に穴を形成し、この穴にヒータを形
成した基板を配置し、前記受光板の裏面に伝熱板
を接着し、この伝熱板の裏面に温度差検出素子、
熱伝冷却素子の一端を接着し、これら素子の他端
が温度基準ジヤケツトに接着された伝熱形カロリ
ーメータにおいて、前記伝熱板に貫通孔を設けた
ことを特徴とする伝熱形カロリーメータ。 (2) 前記熱伝板の貫通孔は前記ヒータの直下に
設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録第１項記載
の伝熱形カロリーメータ。
