Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an ink ribbon from being insufficiently wound by providing a structure wherein one of a pair of rollers for winding the ink ribbon is rotatably supported by a holder, controlling the displacement of the holder by a cam, and maintaining or releasing the pressing contact condition of a pair of rollers. CONSTITUTION:When an ink ribbon 13 is wound, a cam 4 is slided toward the projection 9 of a holder 3 by a knob 11. At this time, the pressing portion 12 of the cam 4 moves over the projection 9 of the holder 3 to move on the holder 3 in contact therewith, and rotate the holder 3 in a direction toward a urethane roller 1. As a result, another urethane roller 2 is moved toward the roller 1 while being held by the holder 3 and brought into contact with the roller 1 to press it. Accordingly, by holding the pressing portion 12 in a condition wherein it has moved over the projection 9, the ink ribbon 13 can be wound by the rollers 1 and 2. Since, after the winding of the ink ribbon 13 is terminated, the cam 4 is returned to an original position and the rollers 1 and 2 are released from the contact condition, there is no deformation on their contact surfaces.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, this type of ink ribbon winding structure has a structure in which a pair of urethane rollers sandwich the ink ribbon from both sides and rotate together to wind the ink ribbon. Pressure was applied to these urethane rollers by fixing the positions of the rotation axes of the rollers and narrowing the distance between the rotation axes as much as possible.

[Means for Solving Problems] The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and as a means for solving the problems, a pair of ink ribbons are provided which sandwich the ink ribbon from the inner side and rotate to take up the ink ribbon. An ink ribbon winding structure is provided that includes a roller, a holder that rotatably holds one of the pair of rollers, and a cam mechanism that biases and moves the holder in a direction in which the pair of rollers come into contact with each other. .

As shown in FIG. 4, the holder 3 includes a holding portion 7 that holds the urethane roller 2, a rotational fulcrum portion 8 supported by the wall surface of the ink ribbon cassette 5, and a protrusion portion 9 protruding toward the cam 4 side.
It has The holding portion 7 has a recess 10 that fits loosely into the body 6 of the urethane roller 2, and holds the urethane roller 2 through the recess 10 as shown in FIG. Further, the holder 3 is attached to the wall surface of the ink ribbon cassette 5 so as to be able to rotate toward the urethane roller I about the rotational fulcrum 8 while holding the urethane roller 2.

The cam 4 has a knob 11 and a protruding suppressor 12, as shown in FIG. The cam 4 also holds the knob 11 in the holder 3 of the ink ribbon cassette 5, as shown in FIG.
It is placed on the outside of the side wall surface, and the pressing part 12 is placed on the inside of the wall surface, so that it is slidably attached to the wall surface on the side of the protrusion 9 of the holder 3.

次に、本実施例の作用について説明する。Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained.

When winding up the ink ribbon 13, as shown in FIG. 2, grasp the knob 11 and slide the cam 4 onto the protrusion 9fll of the holder 3. At this time, the pressing part 12 of the cam 4 contacts and moves on the holder 3 so as to exceed the projection part 9 of the holder 3, and rotates the holder 3 toward the urethane roller 1 side. As a result, the urethane roller 2 moves toward the urethane roller 1 side while being held by the holder 3, comes into contact with the urethane roller 1, and pressurizes the urethane roller 1.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the present invention rotatably holds one of a pair of rollers for winding an ink ribbon with a holder, and controls the movement of the holder with a cam, thereby making it possible to rotate the pair of rollers. Since the ink ribbon winding structure maintains or releases the contact pressure state, contact pressure can be applied to the roller only when it is necessary to wind the ink ribbon.
It is possible to prevent the deformation of the roller caused by long-term contact with the roller when not in use, and as a result, the ink ribbon does not become unwound, thereby improving the reliability of the product.
