Claims (1)
- 加熱炉の炉内圧測定値と設定値の偏差を制御演
算した操作出力により煙道に設けた排ガスダンパ
ーの開度を制御する圧力調節計と、加熱炉に供給
される燃料流量に対応して上記排ガスダンパーの
適正開度を演算するダンパー開度算出手段と、こ
の算出手段の出力を設定値とし上記排ガスダンパ
ーの開度の測定値との偏差を制御演算した操作出
力により上記煙道に設けた吸引フアンの回転数を
制御するダンパー開度調節計とよりなる炉内圧制
御装置。
