Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform miniaturization and to enable the formation of a coil bobbin in simple composition, by disposing permanent magnets in both spaces which are formed of both ends of an external yoke and an internal yoke and into which magnetic pole plates of an I character type plunger are inserted, and so on. CONSTITUTION:A polarized electromagnet device is composed of the following parts: a coil bobbin 1 which has through holes 2 and around which a coil 5 is wound between its edge strips 4, a U-shaped internal yoke 6 whose facing strips 7 positioned on both edge strips 4 of the coil bobbin 1 are linked together by an intermediate plate 8 and which sits astride of the coil bobbin 1, a U-shaped external yoke 9 whose facing strips 10 positioned outside the facing strips 7 of the U-shaped internal yoke 6 are linked together by an intermediate plate 11 disposed differently from the intermediate plate 8 of the internal yoke 6 and which sits astride of the coil bobbin 1, an I character type plunger 12 composed of magnetic pole plates 13 which are interposed on both its ends and in spaces formed between facing strips 7 and 10 respectively facing each other in the external yoke 9 and the internal yoke 6 and which are linked by an axis part 14 penetrating into through holes 2 of the coil bobbin 1, and permanent magnets 15 interposed in the spaces formed between the facing strips 7 and 10 respectively facing each other in the external yoke 9 and the internal yoke 6 between the facing strips 7 and 10.

In this type of polarized electromagnet device, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a U-shaped inner yoke 24 is placed over both edge pieces 23 and 23 of a coil bobbin 22 around which a coil 21 is wound. At the same time, a U-shaped outer yoke 25 is placed over the outside of the U-shaped inner yoke 24 and attached to the coil bobbin 22, and a single-shaped plunger 2 is installed in the rain space formed by the outer yoke 25 and the inner yoke 24.
6 magnetic pole plates 27 and 27 are interposed, and a permanent magnet 28 is placed in the space in the middle formed by the outer yoke 25 and the inner yoke 24.

However, in the above case, a space is required in the intermediate portion formed by the outer yoke 25 and the inner yoke 24 in order to accommodate the permanent magnet 28, which increases the size of the electromagnet device.
There is a drawback that the coil bobbin 22 has a complicated structure in order to hold the outer yoke 25 on the coil bobbin 22.

Polar type of the present invention! The magnet device includes a coil bobbin having a through hole and a coil wound between edge pieces, and a U-shaped inner yoke that straddles the coil bobbin by connecting opposing pieces located on both edge pieces of the coil bobbin with an intermediate plate. A U-shaped outer yoke that straddles the coil bobbin by connecting opposing pieces located outside of the opposing pieces of the U-shaped inner yoke with an intermediate plate located at a different position from the intermediate plate of the inner yoke; A single-shaped plunger having magnetic pole plates interposed at both ends thereof interposed in a space between opposing pieces of a yoke and an inner yoke and connected by a shaft portion inserted through a through hole of the coil bobbin; By constructing a permanent magnet interposed in the space between the facing pieces, the conventional permanent magnet storage space can be eliminated and downsizing can be achieved, and the outer yoke and inner yoke can be positioned using the permanent magnet. This allows the coil bobbin to have a simple configuration.

Examples Figures 1 and 2 of the drawings show the present invention as an example.
To explain based on the figure, 1 is a coil bobbin, through hole 2
A cylindrical portion 3 having a
It consists of 5 is a coil, which is wound around the cylindrical portion 3 between the edge pieces 4.4. 6 is a U-shaped inner yoke formed by bending a sheet metal, and includes both edge pieces 4.6 of the coil bobbin 1.
The coil bobbin 1 is made to straddle the coil bobbin 1. Reference numeral 9 denotes a U-shaped outer yoke formed by bending a sheet metal, and an inner yoke that connects the opposing piece 10.10 located outside of the opposing piece 7.7 of the inner yoke 60. It is composed of an intermediate plate 8 of 6 and an intermediate plate 11 placed on the opposite side, and the coil bobbin 1 is made to straddle the coil bobbin 1. In the embodiment, the intermediate plate 11 is arranged on the side opposite to the intermediate plate 8 of the inner yoke 6, but it may be arranged on the side of the intermediate plate 8 of the inner yoke 6, and the position is not limited as long as it is a different position. Reference numeral 12 denotes a single-shaped plunger, which connects this magnetic pole plate 13.13 with a magnetic pole plate 13.13 interposed in a space between opposing pieces 7.7.10.10 of the outer yoke 9 and inner yoke 6. The shaft portion 14 is inserted through the through hole 2 of the coil bobbin 1. 15.15 is a permanent magnet, and opposing pieces 7.7.10.10 of the outer yoke 9 and the inner yoke 6 face each other.
The outer yoke 9 is held in between. In the embodiment, a plastic magnet is used as the permanent magnet 15, and the outer yoke 9
The fitting recess 16 is formed to ensure sufficient retention of the outer yoke 9. However, since the outer yoke 9 and the inner yoke 6 are magnetized and attracted to each other, they are held together, so at least the outer yoke 9
The holding structure is not particularly limited as long as it comes into contact with or comes very close to the opposing piece 7.7.10.10 of the inner yoke 6. This permanent magnet 15.15 is arranged with one magnetic pole on the inner yoke 6 side and the other magnetic pole on the outer yoke 9 side.

This operating state will be explained with reference to FIG. 1. When the coil 5 is not energized, the permanent magnet 13.1
3 flows through a magnetic path between the outer yoke 9, the plunger 12, and the inner yoke 6, and the plunger 12 is attracted in one direction by this magnetic flux. In this state, the direction of magnetic flux passing through the shaft portion 14 of the plunger 12 in both permanent magnets 15, 15 is the same in one direction. From this state, the coil 5 is energized and the shaft portion 1 of the plunger 12 is
When a magnetic flux is generated that opposes the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 15.15 flowing through the plunger 12, the plunger 12 is generated between the magnetic pole plate 13.13 of the plunger 12 and the opposing pieces 7.7.10.10 of the outer yoke 9 and the inner yoke 6. A magnetic repulsion/attraction force acts to move the coil 5 in the other direction, and this magnetic repulsion/attraction force moves the plunger 12 in the other direction, causing the coil 5 to move in the other direction.
i1! Even when the electric current is stopped, the magnetic flux of the permanent magnets 15, 15 flows through the magnetic path between the outer yoke 9, the plunger 12, and the inner yoke 6, and the plunger 12 is attracted in the other direction by this magnetic flux. In this state, the direction of the magnetic flux passing through the shaft portion 14 of the plunger 12 in both permanent magnets 15, 15 is the same in one direction, and from now on, the direction of the magnetic flux passing through the shaft portion 14 of the plunger 12 is the same,
By reversing the direction of the current flowing through it, it returns to its initial state again.

In the above configuration, the permanent magnet is arranged in the rain space formed by the outer yoke and the inner yoke at both ends with the magnetic pole plate of the single-shaped plunger interposed between them, so the conventional storage space for the permanent magnet can be eliminated. The size can be reduced, and since the outer yoke and the inner yoke are positioned using permanent magnets, there is an effect that the coil bobbin can be configured to have only N number of coil bobbins.
