BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Metal flat plates, corrugated plates, folded plates, etc. made of steel or aluminum are widely used to construct walls, roofs, etc. of buildings. However, since these metal plates have almost no nail retention properties even when nails are driven into them, surface materials such as interior or exterior materials cannot be directly attached to the surface using nails. For this reason, in the past, it was necessary to provide a base such as a rim or to attach by fastening with bolts, etc., resulting in poor workability.

Purpose of the invention This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to propose a metal panel to which a surface material can be directly attached using nails.

Function: After this metal panel is attached to the frame of a building to form a wall or roof, etc., the surface material can be directly attached to the surface by driving and fixing nails into mortar filled with grooves.

Embodiment In FIG. 1, a plurality of grooves 2 having a dovetail cross section are provided in parallel on one surface of a steel plate 1. This steel plate 1 is used as a substrate, and mortar 3 is applied to the grooves 2 on the surface of the steel plate 1. It is filled protrudingly. This mortar 3
The composition consists of Boltland cement as the main raw material and 10% thermoplastic synthetic resin emulsion added.
It has the ability to drive and hold nails.
Further, this metal panel is constructed by spraying and coating the rock wool layer 4 on the surface of the steel plate 1 opposite to the grooves 2.

To attach interior or exterior materials to this metal panel, as shown in Fig. 2, fix the grooves to the building frame with the two sides facing outdoors, and then attach the exterior materials 5 to the mortar 3.
The nails 6 are driven into the mortar 3 and fixed, and the exterior material 5 is attached. Further, when attaching the interior material 7 to the opposite side, a through hole is provided in advance in the steel plate 1 at the bottom of the groove 2, and nails 8 are driven into the mortar 3 through the through hole and fixed. In addition, when the steel plate 1 is thin, it is also possible to directly drive a nail through the steel plate 1 into mortar and fix it without providing a through hole.

Modification Example The mortar used in this invention is blended with a thermoplastic synthetic resin emulsion to provide nail driving and nail retention properties. A flexible material may be added to impart driving and nail retention properties. The shape of the grooves is not limited to a dovetail cross section. Furthermore, the mortar filled in the grooves may be flush with the surface of the steel plate. Of course, a metal plate such as an aluminum plate or a stainless steel plate can be used instead of a steel plate as the substrate, and the back surface does not necessarily need to be provided with a rock wool layer, and can be coated with another fire-resistant coating material.

Effects of the invention This invention is as described above, and since the surface material of this metal panel can be directly attached using nails, efficiency in construction can be achieved. Further, the fire resistance of the metal plate of the substrate is not impaired.
