- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 牛乳貯留槽の天井部から底面付近に向かつ
て垂設された回転駆動軸と、該軸に設けられた撹
拌羽根とを有する牛乳貯留槽の撹拌装置の、前記
回転駆動軸の上方の一部分に中空部を形成し、該
中空部の上端付近を洗浄液圧送管と回転自在に接
続して連通させると共に、該中空部の下端付近を
、牛乳貯留槽内面と及び撹拌羽根とに向けて洗浄
液を噴射可能な噴射ノズルと連通せしめて成るこ
とを特徴とする牛乳貯留槽の洗浄装置。 (2) 噴射ノズルが、斜め上方、水平方向及び斜
め下方に噴射可能で、且つ牛乳貯留槽の最高乳位
より高い位置に設けられている請求の範囲第１項
記載の装置。
