Lipophilic surfactant and HLB 10
This cosmetic is obtained by appropriately blending the polyoxyethylene (hereinafter abbreviated as POE) addition type nonionic surfactant and oil, and the degree of translucency can be adjusted and it can be stored for long periods over a wide temperature range. This invention relates to a translucent cosmetic whose translucency does not change.

This is because depending on the surfactant used, it may become cloudy due to the coalescence phenomenon at high temperatures, or conversely, the transparency may increase and become transparent at high temperatures, or the surface active agent may become transparent at low temperatures. This is because a sufficiently stable translucent cosmetic material could not be obtained because of the precipitation of .
