Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔技術分野〕 本考案は、粉粒体(洗剤等)等を収容する包装
箱に関し、さらに詳しく言うと、天地にフラツプ
を備え、潰した(折り畳まれた)状態で積み重ね
て搬送され、内容物充填前に1つづつ自動的に組
立てる(起凾する)工程を経る包装箱の改良に関

がカールしてしまうとともに、フラツプ自体(特

多い。このように全体やフラツプ4がカールした
包装箱1を積層して搬送し、ローデイングマシン
(自動供給機)のローデイングプレートでマガジ
ンへ供給する(図中B)。次いで、これら包装箱
1はマガジン部で倒立されストツクされる(図中
C)。このマガジン部で倒立状態で並列した多数
の包装箱1は、第1図中Cで示すようにカールの
ため前倒れ状態となつてしまう。マガジン部でス
トツクされた多数の包装箱1の最前列のものは、
吸引パツト10で吸着され(図中D参照)、これ
らのパツト10の旋回等(ピツカーアーム円孤運
動)により包装箱1は、図中E・Fに示すように
起凾され、突き棒20によつて充填機のホルダー
30へ移送される(図中G・H)。ホルダー30
で保持された起凾後の包装箱1は、天側のフラツ
プ1が糊付けされるとともに折り曲げられて封緘
され、地側の開口部から洗剤が一定量充填され、
充填後地側のフラツプ4が封緘される。このよう
な工程を経てマガジン部にストツクされた包装箱
1がすべてスムーズに起凾されれば問題はない
が、先にも述べたようにカールの発生が生ずると
吸引パツト10が包装箱1に均一に当接しなかつ
たり、ビツカーアーム円孤運動により完全に起凾
できないという不都合が生じ、さらにはフラツプ
2・4がカールしているとフラツプ2・4を折り
曲げて糊付けするときに糊付け不良が生じ易く粉
漏れ発生の原因ともなつていた。

手3を外部へ露呈させている。地側のフラツプ4
も中フラツプ4aと2枚の内フラツプ4b・4b
