Description
産業上の利用分野
本願は段ボール函の改良に関し、更に詳しくは
A式段ボール函の四隅高さ内側部分に内側フラツ
プを利用した補強片を以つて補強するA式段ボー
ル函に係る。
従来の技術
従来、A式段ボール函は下フラツプを閉塞して
底部を形成し、収納物を収納後、上フラツプを閉
塞して簡易に収納物の函詰をなし得る包装函とし
て構成されているものである。
考案が解決しようとする問題点
然るに従来、開発されている上記A式段ボール
函は収納物の重量が増大するにつれて、搬送、保
管中などの積載の際、胴張れが発生し、函の荷崩
れを起す欠陥のあるものが多く、従つて胴張れを
防止する為例えば圧縮強度大なる材質を使用する
こと或は中枠などを函の内側に入れるなど工夫し
ているが今末満足の行くもののないのが現状であ
る。本考案は従来のこれらの問題に鑑み開発され
た全く新規な技術に関するものである。
問題点を解決するための手段
上述の問題点を解決した本考案はA式段ボール
函を形成する各棲面の上下に連設する各内側フラ
ツプの四隅に縦切目線を切刻して補強片を形成
し、その補強片を各棲面の内方に折曲げ、先端を
突合せ状に貼合せて補強することを特徴とする内
側壁に補強片を有する段ボール函に係るものであ
る。
作 用
本考案に係る内側壁に補強片を有する段ボール
函は上記の如く構成するものであるから、従来品
の同一大きさの段ボール函に比し低坪量の原紙構
成であつても強度を充分に保持するA式段ボール
函を開発したものである。
図面と共に本考案の一実施例を詳述する。
第1図は従来のA式段ボール函の一部を切除し
て示す斜視図である。第2図は第1図の展開平面
図であつて棲面1、側面2、棲面1′、側面2′及
び貼代3を一方向に連接し、各々の上下部に内側
フラツプ4′,4、外側フラツプ5′,5、内側フ
ラツプ6′,6、外側フラツプ7′,7を設け貼代
3を棲面1の内側端部に貼着させて枠組みとな
し、まず4,6の両内側下フラツプを内方に折曲
げてから5,7の両下外側フラツプを内方に折曲
げて底部を形成する。次いで内容物を収納後蓋部
も底部と同様にして各々のフラツプを内方に折曲
げて封緘するものであり外側各フラツプの幅は両
方つき合せて函幅即ち棲面の長さbとなるもので
あるから1/2bとなつている。従つて内側各フラ
ツプの幅も1/2bとなつているので側面aが棲面
の長さbより大であるときは当然底部の両内側フ
ラツプ4,6の中間にa−bの長さ丈け両外側フ
ラツプ5,7の露出している部分c,cを生じる
ものである。又蓋部についても同様である。
本考案はこの内側各フラツプ4′,4,6′,6
の両端に相平行する2本の縦切目線8,8を上下
対象位置に切刻して両端に補強片9b,9bを中
央に10b,10bの中央内側フラツプを構成す
る。そしてこの補強片9b,9bを内方に各々折
曲げて棲面1,1′の内側に突合せ状に貼合せて
本考案の段ボール函としたものである。
本考案は斯くの如くであるから函を組立てた場
合の各棲面の高さ方向内面両隅に補強片が突合せ
状に貼合されているので、従来の第1図にみるA
式段ボール函に比し、函の高さ方向の圧縮強度が
著しく増大する。以下従来のA式段ボール函と本
考案の段ボール函の圧縮強度の測定比較結果の例
を上げて説明する。

上記測定結果の表記の如く、本考案A式函は従
来型A式函に比較し上記の原紙構成及び寸法にお
いては概ね20%圧縮強度が増大する。
従つて、上記の例にみるごとく本考案のA式段
ボール函のように、上下各内フラツプを利用し補
強片を形成して棲面の高さ方向内面隅の両側に貼
着することによつて圧縮強度を増大することによ
り、物品収納後の搬送、保管中などの積載重量等
による胴張れを完全に防止することができる。
よつて本考案段ボール函のように改良すること
によつて同一寸法の函を形成させる場合、原紙構
成が従来使用していた材質より低坪量の原紙構成
であつても充分圧縮強度は従来型A式段ボール函
