重層コンデンサの基本素子を直列に積層し、円筒
状の外装ケース内に収納し、かしめ封口して成る
電気二重層コンデンサにおいて、前記円筒状外装
ケースの側面に一部スリツトを設け、該スリツト
部分よりリード電極を取り出したことを特徴とす
