体で形成された容器内にイオン透過性でかつ非電子伝導
性の多孔性セパレータを介して分離された一対の導電ペ
ースト電極を充填し、前記上蓋および底板を電極とした
電気二重層コンデンサ素子を１個以上積層してケース内
に収納した同軸型電気二重層コンデンサにおいて、前記
コンデンサ素子の上蓋側に一方の電極リードを有する電
極板を配し、前記電極板とケース間に、絶縁部を設け、
他方の電極リードをケース底部より導出し、かつケース
上部を内側に折り曲げ絞り込み形成させたことを特徴と
