又はそれぞれ両端円周部を軸として長手方向に他
端又は中央部に向けてそれぞれ反転巻上げられ固
定された一重又は多重の拡径ゴム弾性チユーブと
、から成り、使用に際して巻戻されつゝ被覆され
前記筒状支持体が除去されるようになされている
