Conventional technology A perforated pipe in which a filler material with multiple holes in the direction of the pipe axis is placed inside the outer pipe in order to improve workability and strength when burying multiple electric wires underground. A method utilizing the above has been proposed in the past, for example, in Utility Model Application No. 53320/1983. When manufacturing such perforated pipes,
Conventionally, it has been common practice to fill an outer tube in which a plurality of rod-shaped cores are arranged in the longitudinal direction with a filler material, to harden the material, and then to pull out the cores from the filler material to form multi-striped holes.

It is necessary to use a core with the same curvature as the curved outer tube, but after the filler has hardened, it is impossible to pull out the core with such a curvature.6 Apply a normal mold release agent. The problem is that it is extremely difficult to do it alone.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the method of manufacturing a perforated bent tube of the present invention includes arranging a plurality of flexible tubes in a longitudinal direction within a bent outer tube, and connecting the outer tube with the flexible tube. It is characterized by filling the gap with the sexual canal with a filler.

Effect With the above configuration, the flexible tube is placed inside the bent outer tube, so the flexible tube can be easily adjusted to the curvature of the bent outer tube, and moreover, once the filler hardens, it can be made into multiple strips as it is. Holes are formed, and a multi-hole bent pipe can be easily manufactured.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 and 2. 1 and 2 show a perforated bent pipe 1 manufactured according to an embodiment of the present invention. The porous bent pipe 1 is
A bent outer tube 2 made of cast iron, and a plurality of metal bellows tubes 3 arranged in the longitudinal direction according to the curvature inside the bent outer tube 2.
It consists of four layers of filling material using cement mortar filled between the inner wall 2a of the bent outer tube 2 and the outer wall 3a of the metal bellows tube 3, and the metal bellows tube 3 has a multi-striped hole 5. A tapered surface 6 is formed at both ends of the multi-striped hole 5, and this tapered surface 6 is used as a guide portion for easily inserting an electric wire or the like into the multi-striped hole 5. Next, a method for manufacturing the perforated bent pipe 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described.

A plurality of flexible metal bellows tubes 3 are bent and arranged in a bent outer tube 2 made of cast iron according to the curvature of the bent outer tube 2. The metal bellows pipe 3 may be of a large diameter or a small diameter depending on the type and diameter of the multi-striped hole 5 (in this example...
Two large tubes and three small tubes arranged in two stages! It is placed at a predetermined position inside the bent outer tube 2 along the longitudinal direction. In this state, a filling material 4 made of cement mortar is filled between the inner wall 2a of the bent outer tube 2' and the outer wall 3a of each metal bellows tube 3.

Since the flexible metal bellows tube 3 is placed inside the curved outer tube 2, it can be bent freely according to the curvature of the curved outer tube 2, and the metal bellows tube 3 can be bent without being removed. Since the multi-striped holes 5 are formed by the metal bellows pipe 3, a multi-hole bent pipe with an arbitrary curvature can be manufactured very easily.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, since the flexible tube is arranged in the longitudinal direction inside the single-curve outer tube, it can be bent freely according to the curvature of the single-curve outer tube. Once filled and cured, multi-striped holes are formed using the flexible tube without removing it, making it possible to manufacture multi-hole bent tubes very easily.
