動を解除して吸Nを解くと、両面接着テープ5及び下側
剥離紙22bが一体に貼着された下部枠体2が排出マガ
ジン71内に落下収容される。この排出マガジン71に
収容された下部枠体2は上部枠体と組み合わせてイオン
活量測定器具の完成品を生産する次の工程に送られる。

部材が接着された両面接着テープ及び下側又は上側剥離
紙に部材の貼着面より小さい形状の切込みを入れる第2
の切込み手段と、該切込みが入れられた両面接着テープ
から部材、これに貼着された両面接着テープ及び下側又
は上側剥離紙を切り離す分離手段とを具備していること
を特徴とする加工装置
