作用位置と前記退避位置とに移動させる共通のカ
ム手段と、 第二回動部材に設けられた被掛止部と、 その被掛止部に係合して第二回動部材の前記退
避位置から前記作用位置への移動を阻止する掛止
部を備え、その掛止部が第二回動部材の被掛止部
に係合する掛止位置と係合しない非掛止位置との
間で移動可能に設けられた掛止部材と、 その掛止部材を前記掛止位置と非掛止位置とに
