Claims (1)
- 銅箔パターンの所定個所にリード線が半田付さ
れた電子部品の取付検査装置において、前記電子
部品の複数の端子ピンを囲繞しかつ鏡面が設けら
れた周辺部を有する検査用治具を、前記電子部品
が取付けられたプリント基板に載置し、前記端子
ピンと銅箔パターンとの半田付状態を前記検査用
治具により判別することを特徴とした電子部品の
取付検査装置。
