INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION FIELD The present invention relates to a stirring blade for a washing machine that is rotatably arranged at the bottom of a washing tub. Conventional Structure and Problems So-called whirlpool washing machines have been widely used, which have stirring blades installed at the bottom of the washing tub, and the rotation of the blades generates a swirling stream of water to wash the clothes. As shown in FIG. 1, a stirring blade 1 of this type of washing machine is attached to a washing tub 2 so as to protrude inward from a bottom surface 3 of the tub. Therefore, although the part where the stirring blade 1 directly contacts the clothes has a very high cleaning power and has a high level of cleaning, there is a tendency for uneven washing to become large. As one measure for this improvement, as shown in FIG.
and a recess 5 between the main wings 4
It has been proposed that the ailerons 6 are provided at the bottom of the aircraft. According to this configuration, the clothes are strongly pressed by the main wings 4 to exert the main cleaning power, the clothes between the main wings 4 are stretched, and the ailerons 4 are located in the stretched area, so that this part The cleaning effect is improved by the frictional action of However, this configuration is also substantially the same as the stirring blade 1' shown in FIG. That is, both the main blades 4 and the auxiliary blades 6 are raised upward from the base surface 7 of the stirring blade 1', and the base surface 7 is installed so that it is approximately flush with the bottom surface 3 of the washing tub 2 in FIG. In this sense, the stirring blades 1 and 1' in FIGS. 1 and 2 are considered to have almost the same characteristics in terms of basic cleaning action. Therefore, the part of the garment that is in direct contact with the agitating blade 1' is twisted and twisted to some extent to apply agitating force to the entire garment. Furthermore, conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, the outer diameter d 1 of the stirring blade 1 is approximately 1/2 or less than the inner diameter d 2 of the washing tub, and the stirring blade 1 rotates at a relatively high speed (each time Because the machine operates at approximately 300 revolutions per minute, the clothes in the area that touches the agitating blade 1 are subject to a large amount of sagging, and this tends to result in uneven washing, where that area is washed well and other areas are not washed well.
Even in the second configuration described above, this tendency cannot be avoided. Purpose of the invention The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides an agitating blade that can maintain a high cleaning level, reduce uneven washing, and exhibit a stable cleaning effect. Structure of the invention In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is as follows:
A base having a hemispherical shape with a raised spherical center, a curved surface that descends outward from the hemisphere to form a horizontal surface, and rises from the horizontal surface toward the outer periphery in an approximately arc shape. , a plurality of ridges formed substantially radially on the base, and thin ribs formed substantially radially between the ridges. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the accompanying drawings. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the overall structure of a fully automatic washing machine, in which 8 is the outer panel of the main body, 8 is a washing and dehydrating tank (hereinafter referred to as the washing tank) having a large number of dehydrating holes 10, and 11 is the washing tank. A stirring blade rotatably installed at the bottom of 9,
12 is a water tank, 13 is a balancer for maintaining balance during dehydration, and 14 is an operation panel containing switches and the like. 15 is a motor, pulley 16, belt 1
7. The rotation of the motor 15 is decelerated and transmitted to the stirring blade 11 via the pulley 18 and the deceleration drive mechanism 19. In addition, 20 is a damper that absorbs dehydration vibration;
1 is a rod for hanging the structure, 22 is a drain valve, 2
3 is a drainage hose. Here, the stirring blade 11 will be explained below based on FIGS. 4 to 7. The surface of the stirring blade 11 has a hemispherical shape 24 with a raised spherical center portion, and a base surface 25 descends from this hemispherical portion 24 toward the outer circumference, descending a certain distance. The base surface 25 is a horizontal surface 26
Furthermore, the base 28 has a curved surface 27 that gently rises outward from the horizontal surface 26.
and a plurality of ridges 29 formed approximately radially on the base 28 and varying in height between the center 30 side and the outer periphery 31 side. The cross-sectional shape of the stirring blade 11 is shown in FIG. 6, and the same reference numerals are used to correspond to C to I in FIG. 4. A plurality of thin ribs 33 are formed approximately radially on the plane portion 32 between the peaks 29, and the thin ribs 33 are slightly raised from the surface of the base plate 28.
The inner end thereof descends from the hemispherical shape 24 to become a horizontal surface, and the tip thereof is connected to the base 28.
It is held inward (above) from the outermost edge 28' of the outer circumference. FIG. 7a shows the cross-sectional shape taken along the line X-X' in FIG.
Good results were obtained when the height was 3 mm or less and the spacing between the thin ribs 33 was approximately 5 degrees in plane angle. Further, the outer diameter d 1 of the stirring blade 11 is set to be approximately 0.7 to 0.8, assuming the inner diameter d 2 of the washing tub to be 1, so that the uppermost edge 28' of the outer periphery of the stirring blade 11 is approximately at the same height as the bottom surface of the washing tub 9. Install it at the bottom of the washing tub 9 so that the The operation of the above configuration will be explained. The stirring blade 11 is rotated clockwise, paused, counterclockwise, and so on, and is rotated at a relatively low speed of about 200 revolutions per minute or less. It is the stirring blade 11 that gives the cleaning effect to the washed clothes.
The effect of the water flow caused by the rotation of the stirring blade 11
The effect can be broadly divided into two: the effect of moving the mountain 29 by tying clothing in a straight line and moving it. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the main water flow (arrow Y) among the water flows generated by the stirring blades 11 enters from the hemispherical portion 24 and reaches the descending horizontal surface 26. Furthermore, rising from here,
The water flow rises along the wall surface of the washing tub 9 and forms a large arc-shaped flow at the top. Furthermore, the thin ribs 33 cause a weaker water flow (arrow Z).
A large number of water flows are generated radially from between the narrow ribs 33 and play a supplementary role to the main water flow. The agitating blade 11 that has such an effect has a large outer diameter as described above and a low rotational speed, so that a wide and slow water flow is generated in the washing tub, allowing the clothes to be washed slowly. As it moves, multiple auxiliary water flows are added by the thin ribs 33, which eliminates a single water flow, maintains the basic cleaning power (cleansing degree) at the same level as before, and reduces uneven cleaning as shown in the table below. , clothing damage,
It was possible to reduce kinking and tangling of clothes.

[Table] The cleanliness mentioned here is for electric washing machines JIS-C-
9606, and the cleaning unevenness was determined by washing the cloth 4 times and determining the standard deviation of the degree of cleaning of 40 contaminated cloths.The damage to the clothes was determined by washing gauze 20 times. It shows the percent weight loss when washed. Here, in the stirring blade 1 shown in FIG. 2, to state it again, the overall shape is upwardly sloping, and the inclined part 4' of the main blade 4 is formed up to the auxiliary blade 5. Since the auxiliary blades 6 extend to the outer peripheral edge of the agitating blade and protrude upward from the outer peripheral edge 7' of the base surface, the auxiliary blades 6 also have a greater effect of hanging and spinning the clothes. Since there is only one pipe, multiple weak water currents are not generated as in the present embodiment, and the operation can be said to be quite simple. Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, the central part forms a hemispherical shape with a raised spherical shape, and the base surface descends outward from this hemispherical part to form a horizontal surface, and , a base having a curved surface rising in a substantially arc shape from the horizontal surface toward the outer periphery;
It is equipped with a plurality of mountains formed approximately radially on this base, and narrow ribs formed approximately radially on the flat part between these mountains, and due to the synergistic effect of the main water flow and auxiliary water flow. , it is possible to maintain cleaning power at a high level, reduce uneven washing, damage to clothes, etc., and achieve good washing performance. Further, the present invention has the same effect in a two-tub type washing machine other than the one-tub type washing machine for dehydration and dehydration described in the embodiment.
