たとき、前記熱線抵抗に汚れが発生したものとし
て判定する汚れ判定手段と、該汚れ判定手段によ
つて汚れ発生が判定されたとき、熱線流量計から
の出力特性を正常時の特性に近づける補正値αを
演算する補正値演算手段と、該補正値演算手段か
らの補正値αに基づいて、前記熱線流量計からの
出力特性に該補正値αを加算補正する補正手段と
から構成してなる熱線流量計の特性補正制御装置
