Claims (1)
- アンテナから電波を目標物に照射し、この反射
波の一部を前記アンテナで受信し、かつハイブリ
ツド回路等で送信波、受信波とを分離し、さらに
測定系全体のもつ反射波等の影響をインピーダン
ス可変回路等により補償するマイクロ波測定装置
において、ハイブリツドからアンテナ側をみたイ
ンピーダンスに等価なインピーダンスに調整可能
な疑似負荷回路をスイツチを介してハイブリツド
に接続し、スイツチによりアンテナ側あるいは疑
似負荷回路側に切り換え可能なことを特徴とする
マイクロ波測定回路。
